Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Actually less than I expected, Which wasnt much. Comment: When I bought this item, I wasn't expecting much. If you didn't notice it is rather cheap. The "round" pearl isn't even round, it is rounded on the sides but almost flat on the front and back. On top of that, when I opened the box, I saw that the necklace was just tossed in a velvet bag. When I opened the bag and pulled the chain out, there were 2 rather difficult knots to remove. I spent about 20 minutes getting the knots out of the chain. It looks decent though. The CZ actually sparkles more than i expected. Also in the picture it seems like the pearl is attached at the top, however it is actually attached on the back and the mount loops around from the bottom of the back, up to the top. Picture taking was definitely done in a favorable light for this item. I paid $7.00 for it because of a promotional credit I had, if it were full price, I think I would return it. More Reviews
