Also, I had a good experience with PearlsOnly customer service - I ordered the wrong size ring, and it was easy to exchange.
My ring has a slight imperfection in the silver ring part - on the inside next to the pearl, there is a tiny knob of excess silver. This imperfection is barely the size of a grain of sugar though, so it is not noticable. I am still very satisfied with this ring.
